Press & Factsheet
Facts, key art, and one thing we would like reported accurately.
Quick factsheet
A correction, published on purpose
On 1 September 2026 we audited all 51 pages of this site against our own research base and found claims we could not stand behind — including this page, which offered two generated illustrations under labels calling them archival photographs. Those labels are gone, four pages came down, and the full list is on our sources page. Journalists are welcome to quote that list; it is the most accurate thing we have published.
There is no printable one-pager. The two that existed were withdrawn on 29 August and 1 September 2026 because both carried claims this audit removed; the factsheet above is what we stand behind, and it is quotable as it stands.
Image
The one image we offer is our own drawing: a printed square composed from the scarf journey's motif library. Three generated illustrations came off this site on 15 September 2026: one drew an Indigenous woman beside a settler dugout, one drew two grandmothers together, and one laid a sage bundle on a workbench as decoration. They stay off.
